Founded in 2012 in La Jolla California, United Coin & Precious Metals is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream by owner Peter Kevorkian, a numismatist with more than 30 years of experience.

A coin collector since childhood, Peter became passionate about the history of coins, their designs, provenance, and (naturally) their value. His knowledge and love of numismatics is what drove Peter to found UCPM in 2012 and grow it into one of San Diego County’s most trusted and reliable sources for buying and selling gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals.
